Hello, this is for a room in a large shared appartement from march first. The rent is 550 euros/month and includes heating, charges, Internet, local phonecalls etc. About us: My friend and me are 29 and 34 years old and we're both artists one working one studying. The whole appartment is made of four rooms, wich means three individual rooms (we use 2, the the 3rd is free) with indivudal acces and one shared living-room in the middle. In addition there is a little entry and small kitchen (oven, fridge, washing-machine etc.) a bathroom and separate toilet. The quarter is very nice and the transports through metro, bus, bike etc, are very easy. It is a typical Haussmanian-style building, and the disadvantage is that the street makes some noise. So if you're very sensitive or look for a piece of nature inside the city you might prefer other places. Otherwise it's a very good deal. I look for someone nice who comes for studies, exchange, work, inspiration, and especially someone who is clean (meaing washes his/her dishes when cooking/eating +, participates for the living-room and common spaces). Plus, we're smokers and cigarette-smoke should not bother you. Good luck!

If we're in the same vibe (simple cool life), I give little help, specialy if it's your first time in Paris. Room available for two/three months maxi. 400 euros per month, all utilities included.
