• About the apartment The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-floor building. It is comprised of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and toilets. The bedroom comes furnished with a bed, a closet, a large cabinet and bookshelves, a desk and a chair for your computer. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a dining table and chairs. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, oven and stove. The bathroom has a small bathtub and a sink. A washing machine is available but there is no electric dryer. The apartment and surrounding neighborhood are quiet and peaceful and the neighbors are very nice.
• Sublet Rent is 520 Euros per month all inclusive (Wifi-internet, telephone with free calls to French landlines and numbers to the U.S. (and many other countries), electricity and water bills are included.
• About you I am looking for an easygoing, responsible and clean roommate from end of february, 2012 to the end of August 2012 at least.
