We are looking for a flatmate to take over my spacious room in an 117m2 flat for 3 WEEKS / 18 FEBR - 6 MARCH (I'm leaving for Brasil for 3 weeks).
The flat has three bedrooms, a big entrance, a living room, a big kitchen with washing machine and all necessary kitchen appliances, a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet.
It's situated on the fifth floor (with elevator) in an typically Haussmannian building (with moldings, wooden floors and chimneys in each room) on the boulevard Barbès, near Pigalle and Montmartre.
Next to metro 2 and 4 (Barbes Rochechouard) and close to Gare du Nord trainstation (metros 2, 4, 5, 7, RER B and D)
The available room is furnished, about 20m2 and has a balcony. Double glazed windows.
Price: 500 euros/3 weeks including internet, water electricity and gass.

Je pars 3 semaines au Brésil et nous recherchons une personne intéressée par une colocation sur Paris pour le 18 FEVRIER au6 MARS dans un appartement d'environ 117 m2 :
Trois chambres, un salon, un grand couloir, une grande cuisine semi-équipé avec lavelinge, salle de bain douche+ baignoire, WC séparé au 5ème étage avec ascenseur dans immeuble de caractère (Haussmannien, parquet, moulures,cheminées).
L'appartement est situé Boulevard Barbès et à 50 m de la Station Barbès-Rochechouart (Ligne 2 et 4), proche RER B et lignes 5 et 7 Gare du Nord.
La chambre disponible est meublée, dispose d'une surface d'environ 20m² et donne sur un balcon. Donne sur le boulevard, double vitrage.
Le prix de la location est de 500 Euros pour 3 semaines, charges et internet comprises.
