I am currently looking for a flatmate to share a very nice appartment in the 18th district.

It s a 62 sqm flat with 2 bedrooms 100m far for metro Marcadet-Poissoniers, close to Montmartre and la goutte d'or, in a lively neighberhood.

It's nicely decorated and fully furnished (fully fitted kitchen : fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenware, oven, gas stove ; living room : leather sofa, big dining room table, cupbaords ; bedrooms : large beds, desk...).

The room will be available around the 5th of february.The rent for the room is 750€ plus electricity, 6 months minimum.

I would like to share the flat with a friendly person.
