The Place: Room rental from February 1 onwards in a 60 sqm apartment at Rue Lepic. Area is completely noise free. Cool neighbours. There is WiFi.

Expectations: Female and non smoker preferred. If you are smoker, I am open to accept as long as you don't smoke at home. Prefer someone clean, tidy and easy going.

Conditions: Rent + One month deposit is expected from the start. Only contact if you are serious as I have limited time for viewing and would like to keep it easy. First come, first serve.
