Hello! I'm looking for someone to sublet my room from now until the end of April. It's in an apartment in the 10th between Canal St. Martin and Gare de l'Est. The room is quite large (~15 sq. meters), bright, and has large windows that open up to a quiet courtyard. The apartment (45 sq. meters) is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and washing machine and is on the sixth floor with an elevator. The building is very close to a small park, public transportation (metro lines 4, 5, 7), and lots of cafés and restaurants.

Rent comes up to about 700 euros/month, including charges. Dates are somewhat flexible. The other roommate is a very kind and easygoing doctoral student.
