A double room with bath en suite, is available in an artists loft in a funky area close to the school of Architecture and University of Paris 7 and the new Bibliotheque Nationale on the edge of the 13th arrondissment. The area is post industrial, (think SoHo, TriBecca in NY) , and the loft is huge, located in a gated community of 22 artists lofts.
The loft faces south, overlooks the communal garden, and has very high ceilings, and is absolutely stunning, full of art and lovely furniture, modern, but cozy with a gas fire, and south facing terrace to sit in the sun. There are three bedrooms all together, the bedrooms are small but comfy, and the living area huge, the kitchen is fantastic with all machines, open to the living space, a laundry room, wifi, large TV etc.
We are looking for a professional person, who does not work from home, but is of a creative 'bent'. Clean/tidy, and respectful of mutual space. To share with female photographer, and female artist , who is there part time. There are three bedrooms altogether. Sometimes the loft is used for photo shoots during the day.
