The apartment is in very good condition, fully furnished, quiet and pleasant, well lit, on the first floor (with elevator), it has:
- A room at the entrance with a single bed, cupboard, chest of drawers and a bedside table : it's the space to rent.
- A second room with a common living sapce containing a big convertible sofa, a dining table with four chairs and a flat screen TV.
- The other side of the room, separated with Japanese panels and contains a single bed, a cupboard and a desk, and that's my space.
- A smart kitchen fully equiped, with a refrigerator, an oven, 4 hotplates, a coffee machine and cooking utensils.
- A bathroom with a bathtub
- Separate toilets
There is TV cable, WiFi and a landline (free calls to over 100 countries)
In the same street you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy, laundry, coin operated laundry, a bakery, ... restaurants and bars 2 minutes away on rue Mouffetard.
The neighberhood is very safe and quiet.
There are two very close metro stations: Line 10 (Cardinal Lemoine) and Line 7 (Place Monge, 5 minutes from Châtelet), buses (47, 89, 67, 85, N15, N21,..) and Velib' bike stations
